Client Agreement

This Client Agreement explains the nature of the services provided by KW Ventures & Consulting and the understanding between coach and client. By submitting the client intake form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below.

Nature of Services

KW Ventures & Consulting provides career coaching and professional development services. We are not a recruiting, staffing, or placement agency and do not secure employment, submit applications on behalf of clients, or guarantee interviews, job offers, promotions, salary increases, or specific career outcomes. Our services are designed to provide education, strategy, guidance, and professional development to help clients navigate their career journey with confidence. Individual results will vary based on each client’s effort, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.

Engagements may include resume review, LinkedIn profile audit, interview preparation, career strategy sessions, and related guidance — all delivered as education and advisory support.

Eligible coaching and professional development services may be paid for using a valid KW Ventures & Consulting gift certificate, subject to the Gift Certificate Terms set out in our Terms of Service.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate and complete information, participate actively in sessions, and apply the strategies discussed. Progress depends on many factors, including the client’s effort, market conditions, and individual circumstances.

No Guarantees

Results from coaching are not guaranteed. Every career journey is unique, and outcomes depend on a wide range of variables outside the control of KW Ventures & Consulting.

Electronic Signature

When you complete the client intake form, you will be asked to check a box confirming that you have read, understand, and agree to this agreement, and to type your full legal name as an electronic signature. By typing your full legal name, you acknowledge that this electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature and that you agree to this Client Agreement.
