Cancellation & Refund Policy

At KW Ventures & Consulting, we value your time and are committed to providing a high-quality coaching experience. We understand that plans can change, and this policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business.

Payment at Booking

Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Your session is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Cancellations

More Than 48 Hours Before Your Session

You may cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund to your original payment method.

Approved refunds are submitted promptly. Most financial institutions post refunds within 5–10 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Less Than 48 Hours Before Your Session

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund. This policy allows us the opportunity to offer the reserved appointment time to another client.

You may still cancel your appointment through the client portal to release the time and remove the calendar invitation.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional charge if requested more than 48 hours before the scheduled session, subject to availability.

Requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may not be accommodated and are subject to the cancellation policy above.

If KW Ventures & Consulting needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of a new appointment time or a full refund.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting other client appointments. The full session fee will still apply.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not notify us in advance, your session will be considered a no-show and the full session fee will be forfeited.

Digital Services & Deliverables

Many of our services include personalized work completed outside of live coaching sessions, including resume reviews, LinkedIn audits, interview preparation, career action plans, written recommendations, and other customized deliverables.

Because work on these services often begins shortly after purchase, refunds may not be available once work has started or any deliverables have been provided.

Career Confidence Package

The Career Confidence Package includes multiple services and personalized deliverables.

If a package is canceled after work has begun or after one or more services have been completed, any refund will be determined based on the portion of services that have not yet been provided. Partial refunds, if any, are issued solely at the discretion of KW Ventures & Consulting.

Exceptions

We understand that unexpected situations can occur.

Requests involving illness, family emergencies, or other exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe an exception should be made, please contact us at kw@kwventures.co as soon as possible.

Any exception to this policy is granted solely at the discretion of KW Ventures & Consulting.

Force Majeure

KW Ventures & Consulting is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, government actions, or other emergencies. If such an event prevents us from providing your scheduled service, we will work with you to reschedule or, when appropriate, issue a refund.

Chargebacks

If you have questions about a charge, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a payment dispute with your financial institution.

Chargebacks initiated for services provided in accordance with this policy may result in delayed or declined future bookings while the dispute is being resolved.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificate purchases are completed sales and are non-refundable once issued, except where required by law.

Services booked using a gift certificate remain subject to this Cancellation & Refund Policy. If a booking is eligible for a credit under this policy, the value will be returned to the original gift certificate balance rather than issued as a cash refund.

No-shows and appointments forfeited under this policy are treated the same regardless of whether the session was paid for with a gift certificate or another payment method.

Free Consultations

Our complimentary 15-minute consultation is provided at no cost.

While there is no cancellation fee, we kindly ask that you cancel through the client portal if you are unable to attend so the appointment can be made available to another prospective client.
